Unhappy with your product? We handle returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection law.

Should you not be delighted with your CocoBowlz™ product, simply email within 14 days from receipt of purchase and include the following:

1. Order number

2. Photograph of product

3. Valid reason for dissatisfaction with product

Please await a response from our team before attempting to return your product.

We will do our best to support you with your issue and if we are unable to resolve your complaint or offer you an alternative, we will supply you with return instructions and process a refund minus upon receipt of the item minus any shopping costs.

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be processed as swiftly as possible and return payment will be made by the same method that you used to pay for your items. Refund payments may take up to 10 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of CocoBowlz™
