The dimension and sizes of our CocoBowlz™ coconut shell bowls generally range between 12cm - 14cm in diameter with a depth of 6cm, and hold on average 600ml of liquid or food. Coconut Cups between 8-10cm in diameter with a depth of 7-8cm, However, there will always be a slight discrepancy between each bowl, as they are a natural, handmade product.

Simply wash your CocoBowlz™ by hand with soap and lukewarm water. Do not use it in the dishwasher or leave it submerged in water for extended periods of time. To polish simply use coconut oil to hydrate the bowl and return the original sheen.

Since coconut bowls are special, precious and require extra care when handling, at times these precious little coconut bowls encounter chips or minor damages during transit. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it free of charge and based on the below process is followed. You must report any damages that have occurred in transit within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item. To make a damage claim, please ensure you take a photo of the damaged product, the damaged area and package, please email us using the contact page form. We will respond and advise accordingly.

There are several cleansing methods. You can cleanse the crystals together or cleanse them individually. Our preference is to separate them. These are the methods but please note that within each crystal description you will find the cleansing methods that are best suited to each of the crystals. WATER: Soaked in clear, distilled, filtered water, or just under running water from the sink for one minute and lay it flat to dry. You can also use rain water or spring water and leave it there for a few minutes as well. SUNLIGHT: Place the crystal under the sunlight for some minutes and let it absorb the good vibes and positive energy of the sun (but be careful not to leave it for so long so that it overheats) SMUDGING: Smudging is the act of cleansing by using smoke. Smudge sticks are an easy an effective way and they work wonders. You can also use Palo Santo, Sandalwood, Sage, Incense. If you’re unable to smudge outdoors, make sure you’re near an open window. This will allow the smoke and negative energy to go away. Firmly grasp your stone and move it through the smoke, allowing the smoke to envelop the stone for about one minute. EARTH: Burying it in the earth for a few hours, the earth will direct the negative energy from the crystal to the ground. Place something like a stick that will allow you to find the crystal later in case you don't remember where it was buried ;) FULL MOON: You can gather your crystals in the evening and leave them out to be cleansed and charged overnight in the high-energy moonlight. This can be done with any full moon.

Crystals should be cleansed when you first get them. Even if you are working with a crystal you already have, it is important to cleanse crystals before usage. Think of them as a vacuum cleaner, sometimes they need to be cleansed, emptied and recharged so that they can continue to work perfectly. It’s not something you set your watch to. Cleanse them every two weeks. The Full Moon is another great opportunity. Feel free to cleanse them whenever you feel the need to though, the crystal itself will let you know it needs some new energy around it. In experience, you just feel when a stone needs to be cleansed. If the energy feels dull or less alive than normal, it probably just needs a cleanse!

When you receive your crystals, after cleansing them, you can program them for long-terms goals. This involves sharing your thoughts and emotions with the crystal. Since have metaphysical properties, there is no need to program them if you don't want to but if you desire, you can see this as a way of awakening them to activate their highest potential. You can use a meditation before programming your crystals or follow some breathing exercises (like inhaling 4 seconds, holding the breath for 4 seconds, exhaling for 4 seconds and waiting 4 seconds before inhaling again) in order to relax or my using a manta - an example could be: "I Inhale peace and I exhale stress." Repeat this mantra in your head while holding the crystal with one hand and let your thoughts flow as energy from your hand to the other, so that the energy flows as a current.
