DISPATCH:

Unless item is “Out Of Stock” orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from date of purchase and payment clearance. We ship via AusPost or use alterative courier or delivery services.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  • Standard Shipping from $7.95 (Delivery 2-7 business days)
  • Free shipping within Australia on all orders* over $70

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • NZ and International – Economy Shipping – No Tracking $16 (Delivery 5-12 Days)
  • NZ and International – Standard Shipping – With Tracking $24 (Delivery 5-12 Days)
  • Free International shipping on all orders* over $120 – *Excludes orders over 1kg in total weight.

Tracking your order?

All orders within Australia are shipped with full door-to-door tracking.* If your order has been in transit for more than 10 business days, please send us an email and we will have our courier company investigate the whereabouts of your parcel.

No tracking with international economy shipping, please select standard international shipping if you would like to track your parcel door to door, additional cost will apply for international tracking.

SHIPPING POLICY

We advise that on average, your package will arrive within 5 – 12 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, due to reasons out of our control, your package may arrive earlier/later. Please note that there may be delays during peak seasons.

If you order has not arrived within the time allocated, please contact us via the contact page on our website with your order number and enquiry.

RETURNS

My CocoBowlz arrived damaged, what should I do?

Although we do our best to keep your products safe and protected during their journey to you, on the rare occasion an order may arrive with damaged or faulty products. If you have received damaged products please email us and we will organise a replacement for you.*

*To receive a replacement free of charge, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item. If you notify us after 1 day, we will replace your damaged item, however the shipping and handling costs need to be covered by you.

An item that I purchased was damaged during use or cleaning, what can I do?

As our products are made by nature, there is always the risk that unforeseen damage may occur during use or cleaning. While we do our best to ensure the highest quality possible, the durability of natural products is somewhat unpredictable at times. We appreciate that you recognise that our products are from nature and thank you for your understanding.

If a product has been damaged, we will replace the item for you.  However, incur a $9.95 handling charge for your replacement.

Can I return my purchased items if I change my mind?

We do not offer returns or refunds.

Can I update my delivery address after placing my order?

We cannot change your delivery address after placing your order. This is because your order information is automatically sent to our warehouse for pick, packing and dispatch. If your delivery address is wrong, we suggest you try the two options below.

  1. Contact your national postal service and quote your tracking parcel ID. Some carriers will let you request a delivery re-direct.
  2. Contact the resident at the address you placed during checkout. If you are unable to complete the above two options, or the delivery address you listed doesn’t exist, we will contact you should your parcel be returned to us. To have your order then shipped back out to you, you must pay a redelivery fee. You may also incur any additional costs of having your parcel returned to us. Can I update, edit or cancel my order?We cannot update, edit or cancel any order once you have completed checkout.

What can I do if my order has been returned to you?

In the occasion your order has been returned to us, we will investigate the reason before determining if you will be required to pay any additional costs for delivery.

We do no return open or used products. Any product received open or used will void refund.
