Shipping and Refund Policy

  • Australia Wide – With Tracking – $7.95 Shipping between 5-10 days
  • International – Standard No Tracking – Starting from $7.95 – Shipping between 7-12 days NZ – Shipping between 5-7 days
  • International – Standard Plus With Tracking – Starting from $13.95  Shipping between 7-12 days NZ – Shipping between 5-7 days
  • Wholesale Shipping – $15 Australia wide. Free on certain order quantities. 
  • Wholesale International – NZ $19.95 – Rest of world email as based on order quantities.

We use Australia Post and local and international couriers for deliveries of orders.

Order tracking

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Note: During the COVID19 pandemic there can be delays. Areas affected by COVID-19 restrictions may experience delivery delays

If you have not received your order after 12 days, please send us an email with your order number, we shall investigate further.

On first instance, we highly suggest you use the Australia Post tracking number provide to track your parcel. Most times, the answer to the most question – “where is my parcel” lays within the tracking number. We are pleased to announce, to date, our entire customer orders have arrived at their door with no reports of issues or delays.

Payment Methods

We accept pay pal, credit card Visa, Master Card (via pay pal) and direct debit for wholesale orders.

Processing of Orders

We generally process and ship orders with 24-48 hours of payment clearance. If an order is placed on hold by pay pal, then we will contact you.

Wholesale and bulk purchases of 25 or more bowls will be processed within 2 – 7 days.

Returns and Cancellations Of Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds on change of mind. Orders can be cancelled at anytime before they leave our warehouse. Please email us at sales @ with your order number requesting a cancellation and we shall process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your notification to cancel.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment method used. Your pay pal or credit card.

Damages and Missing Products

Reports of damages and missing products must be communicated via email within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item or receiving your missing products. email: sales @

Since coconut bowls are special, precious and require extra care when handling, at times these precious little coconut bowls encounter chips or minor damages during transit. If you receive a damaged bowl, we will replace is free of charge based that the below process is followed:

How to request a replacement or refund of damged or missing Products

To make a damage claim, please ensure you take a photo of the damaged product, the damaged area and package, please email us using the contact form or sales @

To report a missing item, please make your submission via the contact page within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please state your order number and detail the item you are missing. We will hen investigate and respond within 48 hours.

Claims made after 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your order will be void.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You the buyer are responsible for any import taxes and duties in which your country impose.
