The item I would like to purchase is out of stock. How long before it returns into stock?

From time to time due to high popularity of our products, some of our products will be out of stock, on most occasions pre-orders will be delivered within 21 days of your order. If you would like an indication of how long the wait will be, please email us at orders@cocobowlz.com.au

My CocoBowlz™ arrived and look different to each other, why is this?

Coconuts are a product of nature, therefore our CocoBowlz™ will appear different with their own unique shape, size, markings and imperfections, in reality each bowl is hand crafted and polished, just for you.

What is the volume of your standard CocoBowlz (Coconut Bowl)?

Since our CocoBowlz™ are all unique in size and shape, all bowls will vary slightly in volume, in saying this, the average bowl holds 500 – 600 ml or 16 – 20oz.

Tracking your order?

All orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post with full door-to-door tracking.* If your order has been in transit for more than 10 business days, please send us an email and we will have our courier company investigate the whereabouts of your parcel.
No tracking on orders with international economy shipping, please select standard international shipping if you would like to track your parcel door to door – additional cost will apply when selecting shipping with international tracking.

How long is the processing time?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment clearance*.

I haven't received my order, what should i do?

Please check the tracking link that you should have received via email. If there is limited information, there may just be a postal service or customs delay. Please do not contact us to check on your order unless it has been in transit for more than 10 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days and the tracking information in unclear, please email us and we will provide you with an update of your order and assist where possible.

My CocoBowlz™ arrived damaged, what should I do?

Although we do our best to keep your products safe and protected during their journey to you, on the rare occasion an order may arrive with damaged or faulty products. If you have received damaged products please email us and we will organise a replacement for you.*

*To receive a replacement free of charge, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item. If you notify us after 1 day, we will replace your damaged item, however the shipping and handling costs need to be covered by you.

An item that I purchased was damaged during use or cleaning, what can I do?

As our products are made by nature, there is always the risk that unforeseen damage may occur during use or cleaning. While we do our best to ensure the highest quality possible, the durability of natural products is somewhat unpredictable at times. We appreciate that you recognise that our products are from nature and thank you for your understanding.

If a product has been damaged, we will replace the item for you. However, replacements incur a $9.95 handling charge.

Can I return my purchased items if I change my mind?

We do not offer returns or refunds.

Can I update my delivery address after placing my order?

We cannot change your delivery address after placing your order. This is because your order information is automatically sent to our warehouse for pick, packing and dispatch. If your delivery address is wrong, we suggest you try the two options below.
1. Contact your national postal service and quote your tracking parcel ID. Some carriers will let you request a delivery re-direct.
2. Contact the resident at the address you placed during checkout.

If you are unable to complete the above two options, or the delivery address you listed doesn’t exist, we will contact you should your parcel be returned to us. To have your order then shipped back out to you, you must pay a redelivery fee. You may also incur any additional costs of having your parcel returned to us.

Can I update, edit or cancel my order?

We cannot update, edit or cancel any order once you have completed checkout.

What can I do if my order has been returned to you?

In the occasion your order has been returned to us, we will investigate the reason before determining if you will be required to pay any additional costs for delivery

Our CocoBowlz ™ (coconut shell bowls) are hand made from 100% natural coconuts. Our bowls are cut, cleaned and finished by craftsman from local communities in Vietnam.

Caring for your CocoBowlz™

Caring for your coconut shell bowl is very important, as it’s 100% a product of nature.
Your coconut bowl is in fact an actual, real, coconut. Therefore, it may have minor cracks, blemishes and dents. Imperfections give your bowl personality and remind us that you’re eating out of nature, each bowl is crafted by hand, just for you!

Follow these basic care instructions to ensure a long lasting and durable coconut bowl.

Washing your CocoBowlz™
Hand wash with lukewarm soapy water. Do not use in the dishwasher, do not wash in very hot water or soak for a long period of time.

Eating out of your CocoBowlz™
The bowls are suitable for both cool and warm foods. To ensure durability, prepare your bowl for the change in temperature by first rinsing your bowl in lukewarm water for warm food and in cool water for cooler food. Do not expose coconut bowls to extreme temperatures and do not use in refrigerator, microwave or use in the oven.

What is the best way to clean my CocoBowlz™?

As you know, Coconut Bowls are a 100% natural organic products, every time you purchase our CocoBowlz™ you are helping the environment by contributing zero waste and using a recycled product of nature.

Can CocoBowlz™ go in the microwave, oven or refrigerator?

No. Coconut bowls cannot be used in microwaves, ovens or refrigerators. The bowls are delicate and can be affected by extreme temperatures. It is best to store your bowls in a cool dry place.

How can I keep my CocoBowlz™ in good nick?

Rub coconut oil or flaxseed oil over bowl every 10-20 uses to restore the beautiful shine and smooth surface.
